Hi Springfield,

As you know by now, Psalm 118:24 is one of my favorite scriptures. You know that verse reads, “This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” I love this verse because it is a constant reminder that my disposition for the day is based on the Divine, my decision and my declaration. I just typed a mouthful, please back it up, rewind it and read that again! I choose to rejoice and be glad, because God has given me the day! What a blessing to know that God has given us another day. We aren’t sure what this day will hold, but we know Who holds the day!

 

ROADSIDE CLEANUP

This is an exciting time in the life of our ministry. We will celebrate our youth this weekend. And our young people will kick this weekend off by serving. On Saturday our young people will do roadside cleanup along Auburn-Knightdale Road beginning at 9am. We’re asking all participants to wear long sleeves and pants. Although, we know it will be hot, we want to protect you from bugs and critters. The more participation we have in this effort the quicker we will be able to get it done.

 

YOUTH SUNDAY 

Then on Sunday, we’ll be celebrating our annual Youth Day. We have some surprises planned for the worship service and we look forward to seeing you and hearing a word from the Lord designed to empower and strengthen our young people.

 

NEW MEMBERS CLASSES VIA ZOOM

This coming Saturday our new members classes will move to ZOOM. We are blessed to have so many people joining our church even during a global pandemic. In order to join the class please send an email to . We look forward to seeing our new members on Saturday. Thank you to our new members team for making these classes possible.   

REVIVAL TIME IS COMING

Revival time is approaching. We are excited to have three dynamic speakers lined up for our virtual revival later this month from Tuesday, July 28th through Thursday, July 30th. You will be able to stream the revival services like we do for our Sunday morning. I’m telling you now you do not want to miss what the Lord is going to do through this revival.
