Vacation Bible School
We will create an immersive experience of going to a science lab to learn more about the word of God.The concept is a science/chemistry theme. I’d like the periodic table to be part of the background—either subtle or stylized—so it sets the tone without overwhelming the text.
The focus of the ad should be the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John and they can be made to look like they are part of the periodic table. Essentially, these should be highlighted in a way that ties into the “elements” idea.
The theme I’m considering is: “It’s Elemental"
We'll also need a registration that includes which days they plan to attend, and if they plan to eat dinner on the days they attend. We need a registration form that will either accommodate the full family or each person will need to register so that we have all the information including which class that they want to attend as well:
- Adults 18+ (this will also be available via Zoom)
- High School
- Middle School
- Elementary School
- Babies to Pre-K
Please send the registrants to the email. I know there is a VBS email but I don't know the password and I'm fine using the BOCE email.
I'd also like to explore digital check-in and am curious if you have something that you already use. Maybe something like a Simple QR Scanner + CSV? I'm open to ideas about this.
Lastly, We have just over 7 weeks before the event. I'd like the registration to open May 10th (earlier if we can get the graphics) and close on May 24th. This will give me time to know how much to order / print and get it back in time and assemble the kits.
