VIRTUAL VBS

 

Our Virtual VBS begins tonight. There will be one class for all children/youth up to age 17. That class begins at 6pm. The Adult class will begin at 7 pm and it is for ages 18 and up. We have some dynamic teachers prepared to share God’s word during VBS. Don’t forget about the parking lot picnic Saturday at noon. Rain or shine come out and enjoy a time of fellowship. PHASE II – PRAYER MEETING

 

Prayer meeting last night was amazing! I am so thankful to everyone who came out and to all our volunteers who worked to help make sure things went smoothly. Next Wednesday, June 30^th we’ll host family groups M-Z. I can’t wait to see you in prayer meeting.

YOUNG ADULT WEEKEND

 

When was the last time you played kickball? Whether you are home from college, looking for something to do or just want to connect with other young people your age – mark your calendars for Young Adult weekend Saturday, July 3^rd and Sunday, July 4^th.  There will be a youth vs. young adult kickball game Saturday, July 3^rd beginning at 11am at 4203 Spring Forest Road in Raleigh, NC. And then make pans to tune in for service on Sunday as Rev. Dayhige Wright, pastor of Living Water Baptist Church, will be our special guest preacher.  Come connect, have fun, and strengthen your faith with Springfield’s Young Adult Ministry.

 

CHURCH OFFICE CLOSED

 

The church office will be closed on Monday, July 5^th in observance of Independence Day.

 

JULY LOOK AHEAD

 

Here are some of the other exciting things happening in July:

• Phase III of our reopening plan. Details to follow.
• Graduation Sunday – July 11^th at 10am featuring a drive-thru graduation parade after morning worship.
• Youth Sunday – July 18^th at 10am featuring Min. Adrian Bullock as our special guest speaker.
• Annual Church Revival – Tuesday, July 27^th through Thursday, July 29^th.
