A Message from the Pastor - January 14, 2021

MLK Day, Family Day, Surely Goodness and YouTube

    Hi Springfield,

When this pandemic started, I mounted the pulpit and preached to you from Isaiah 41:10. There the Bible says, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” This powerful verse is comfort to all who find themselves in difficult times. The power of this verse keeps us hopeful that God is with us and will continue to uphold us in His righteous right hand. Remember whatever we face, God’s got His hand on us. Rest in that knowledge today.

    MLK DAY

As we pause to celebrate MLK Day, I want to remind you of the brilliance, courage, and faith of Dr. King. He was a true drum major for justice. His main tactic was non-violent protest and with it he helped make our country a more perfect union. Remember in the coming days, that there’s still power in PEACE & LOVE. Let’s find ways to celebrate his legacy and make our communities better.

    FAMILY DAY

Family Day is coming. On Sunday, January 24th tune into our regular Sunday broadcast to hear a special Family Day message to strengthen the bonds of family.

    SURELY GOODNESS TIME CHANGE

Beginning January 19th our “Surely Goodness” broadcast on CW22 is moving to a new time. Our new time is 6:30am. On Tuesdays join us for a Word from the Lord and start your day off with Surely Goodness on CW22.
