Details for Members

If you are a leader (Chair or Vice) of a Springfield ministry and would like to use the Community Center for a ministry activity/function, you may either:

(A) Download the Request Form 

If you download the request form, please either print it out, fill in all requested information and return it to the Administrative Office, or you may email the file to . Your email subject line should read "Ministry Request for SBC Community Center."
