Missionary Ministries
To instill faith, hope, love and provide opportunities for those we serve and encourage them to become all that God intends for them to be. We are dedicated to carrying out the Great Commission as Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:19.
The Bereavement Ministry of Springfield Baptist Church provides hope for those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. We endeavor to be a source of love, comfort, encouragement, and support as the bereaved journeys from mourning to joy.
Our ongoing mission is to visit and mail appropriate cards to the sick and shut in families of Springfield, while lifting them up in prayer.

The Springfield Baptist Church Laymen’s League are a group of spiritually guided men that are very concerned about our male youth in our community. This is a male-oriented spirit filled mentoring program helps to cultivate our males in becoming productive citizens in their homes, church, schools and communities.
